PID Jam – Weather Update..

So, its looking wet and windy but then clearing into the PM – fingers crossed we will be OK!

Due to the wind the planned BBQ and HQ Tent will have to be pulled from the event, but otherwise from 1pm it should all be happening.

We will keep updating on here.

The rough plan for the day is to have a Jam session on some of the more popular parts of the Park and then a game of  S.K.A.T.E with prizes from Hardet Supply Co (Cheers dudes)

Then post Jam – the B2N Premier will be taking place at the Skate House Lewis from 9pm – tickets available now

PID Jam – Support from the White Ribbon Campaign!

Great news – just heard that the White Ribbon Campaign are supporting the PID jam and will be supplying bottled water on the day! Check out their website for more on them.

About the WRC
In 1991, a handful of men in Canada decided they had a responsibility to urge men to speak out against violence against women. They decided that wearing a white ribbon would be a symbol of men’s opposition to men’s violence against women. After only six weeks preparation, as many as one hundred thousand men across Canada wore a white ribbon. Many others were drawn into discussion and debate on the issue of men’s violence. There are now White Ribbon Campaigns operating in many countries around the world.. The UK Branch of WRC was started in 2004.
